Redempta Chelangat is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at NavKids Africa, where she oversees operations, product development, and the execution of strategic initiatives that promote safer school transportation across Africa. With a strong background in UI/UX design and user-centered product development, she combines creativity, strategic thinking, and operational leadership to deliver innovative digital solutions. She has played a key role in shaping the NavKids Africa platform, ensuring it is intuitive, accessible, and designed to meet the needs of schools, parents, and drivers.

A Product Design graduate from Moringa School, Redempta specializes in design systems, user research, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration. She is passionate about operational excellence, innovation, and building high-performing teams that create meaningful social impact.
