Lisa Jempa is a Zambian programme management and business professional with over six years of experience in programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, institutional partnerships, project management, monitoring and evaluation, and technical sales. She has coordinated programmes across multiple districts, worked with government and community stakeholders, managed institutional relationships, and translated client needs into practical solutions.

As a Co-Founder of NavKids Africa, Lisa focuses on safe school transportation, operational coordination, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnerships. Her experience working across multiple locations and with diverse institutions supports NavKids’ mission of creating safer, more accountable, and technology-driven school transportation systems.

In her current technical sales and marketing role, Lisa manages institutional relationships, develops customised solutions, conducts negotiations, and gathers market intelligence to support business and product development.

At NavKids Africa, she contributes to transportation safety strategy, operational development, school partnerships, market expansion, and programme implementation, helping advance safer school transportation solutions across Africa.
