Rosette Nsabimana is a research, customer engagement, and programme professional with experience across Kenya and Uganda. She brings strong expertise in research, data collection and analysis, stakeholder engagement, reporting, customer relations, and market development. Her experience working across diverse communities and environments has strengthened her ability to understand local needs, generate insights, and identify opportunities for meaningful impact.

At NavKids Africa, Rosette serves as Regional Research & Market Development, where she leads research and market development efforts supporting the organisation’s growth across East Africa. She contributes to market intelligence, user and community research, stakeholder engagement, and the identification of opportunities for regional expansion.

Through her ability to translate research and community insights into practical opportunities, Rosette supports NavKids Africa in understanding diverse markets and developing relevant, user-focused school transportation solutions for schools, parents, learners, and communities across the region.
